Q: Will my package be charged duties and taxes?
Attention to all guests:All taxes and customs fees have been paid. You only pay for what you pay at checkout.
Q: Can I change my order while the order is being processed?
A: We pack your products very quickly after ordering, which means that once your order status changes to "Order Processing", your order cannot be changed. This includes changing the shipping method, payment method, shipping address, product color/quantity, or applying discounts.
Q: What if I change my mind and don't want to accept this package?
A: If you do not accept or sign for the package when it arrives at your address, we will send the package back to one of our warehouses. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Q: Do I need to pay immediately after placing an order?
A: After placing the order, please pay within the deadline indicated on the checkout page, otherwise the order will be cancelled.
